TP-SANDY Sandy Top Soil is a Tucson area Pantano river bank soil containing a small percentage of gravel up to 3/8”. It is a virgin soil mined from a riverbank pit and virtually seed free. A sandy consistency and low clay content promote good drainage for finished grade.
